Urban coyote and urban exchange project announced at UTA

The two urban exchange projects have been announced at the UTA in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The Urban Exchange Project is the largest of the two and will include a total of 8,000 square feet of public space and 100,000 acres of parkland.
The new project will be developed by a group led by the University of Minnesota, and the Urban Exchange will be a consortium of local, state and federal agencies.
The Urban Exchange, which is the first of two urban projects in Minnesota, will have a total capacity of 25,000 residential units and 15,000 commercial spaces, as well as 1,000 businesses and 1,200 residential units.
It will be built to support the development of the state’s largest urban development district.
