Which Hollywood urban projects will get more funding?

The Hollywood urban project funding boom has pushed the city to its limits, with projects totaling $3.6 billion over the past six years, according to Axios.
This is up from $1.4 billion in 2013, according the report.
The city is currently underfunded by $1 billion, but is on track to reach $1 trillion in funding by 2020.
