By Katie Teng and Ryan Kostycki | February 26, 2018 12:02:24The new development project is slated to be completed in 2018.
The current San Francisco Public Art Museum, the former San Francisco Theatre, will also be relocated.
The project is located in the former home of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors (SFBOS) and is planned to be built as part of a new public art gallery and public space complex that will include a new building, offices and an art gallery.
The development is a mixed-use project that will also include apartments and condos, as well as a pedestrian bridge that will connect the area to the new public space and art gallery complex.
The site also houses a restaurant, grocery store and retail space.
The San Francisco Chamber of Commerce (SFC) said the new development will include retail space, office space and a residential area.
It is also expected to have a large mixed-used community, with a number of retail shops and restaurants planned.
The city is already working to revitalize the historic San Francisco Art Museum and Board of Directors (SFBOD) approved a $2.6 billion bond to help fund the project.
The board also approved the construction of a pedestrian pedestrian bridge connecting the site to the art gallery, the SFBOD said in a statement.
